ICM-CSIC hereby states that the personal data provided will be shared with the organisers: Xatrac, Cos4Cloud, Anèl·lides-Serveis ambientals, Plàncton diving and OCEANICOS. These transfers will be lawful for the activities organised within the framework of the BioMARató or for academic research.

The data will be kept for as long as the mutual interest for which they were collected is maintained and, when this purpose no longer exists, they will be deleted with the appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymisation of the data or their total destruction.

In compliance with current data protection regulations, ICM-CSIC adheres to all GDPR provisions with regard to data processing in its possession and specifically to the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, which are processed lawfully, faithfully and in respect of the party to whom they belong and are limited to processing that is adequate, relevant and strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were provided.
